On September 21 in the great year of 1975, Michael Yeary was born in Middlesboro, Kentucky. His military family relocated to the Army base in El Paso, Texas, before he reached the age of two, making him a Texan. In his youth, Michael struggled with insecurity and obesity, and the magnitude of the challenges confronting him caused doctors to put him on suicide watch due to depression during his teenage years.

Proving to be a survivor, he grew into a confident man of courage and style. Developing emotionally and intellectually, he became a scholastic standout as well. His endurance was rewarded as he entertained numerous offers to play college football in the fall of 1994, but ultimately chose to attend Texas A&M University on academic scholarships. He went on to earn his Bachelor’s degree in Information and Operations Management, and later received a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. On July 5, 2002, Michael married his best friend, Brandy Lynnette Yeary, MD, a practicing physician in the El Paso area.

Michael has over 12 years experience working with business, non-profit and civic organizations, and has been an instructor at the University of Texas at El Paso. Additionally, Michael serves as the Associate Youth Pastor and the Executive Director of Children's Curriculum Development at Destiny Family Christian Center. His passion for helping youth elevate every aspect of their lives is instantly recognizable.

In 2005, Michael completed the soon-to-be best seller, "Help, My Boss is an IDIOT!©" The Training Manual for the Uninspired Employee, and he travels all over speaking his heart to help people reduce their stress levels and fulfill their God-given potential.
